Cleaning
We offer a complete cleaning and laundry service for your property to include: -
Dusting all ledges and furniture.
Emptying of bins and disposing of rubbish.
Replacement of toilet & kitchen rolls, cleaning products, defective light bulbs and anything from the inventory of the property. Charged at cost.
Cleaning and sanitising bathroom and toilet furniture.
Cleaning and sanitising kitchen equipment.
Airing of property.
Cleaning mirrors and marks on windows.
Washing all tiled floor surfaces (including balconies and terraces),
Vacuuming of carpets and soft furnishings.
Checking inventory of your property and reporting to you via E-mail condition and defects found. (An extra charge will be made if a telephone call is required).
Windows will be cleaned as and when required, normally if occupied on a monthly basis.
Dusting all ledges and furniture.
