Delivery & Pricing:
Your home is delivered to your building site and normally completed
within 4 months of signing the contract. There are many models
to choose from with sizes from 55m2 to over 200m2. The price you
will pay for your completed home is entirely up to you, and
depends on the your chosen location, plot, and the variety of
quality styles and finishes that are available to you after
consultation and agreement with your architect and Larsen Homes.
Faster Occupation:
No drying time after construction means that decoration and
finishing can be started right away, resulting in a much quicker
move in time, and the work on your chosen indoor finishes can
carry on undisturbed.
