CONSTRUCTION PROCESS OF YOUR HOUSE

Loisa Homes developed a process of customer care, to ensure that as you participate in all phases of construction. (Subsequent to the signing of the relevant work) That process has seven stages which allows you to look at the quality materials and disciplined method of building that will make your new home. Lets enjoy the rare and exciting experience to see what at first was an idea, a sketch, a dream, and now consists of reality: your new home.

Step 1: Pre-construction meeting, Before starting the building, you (the buyer) will be informed throughout the construction process, beginning with a meeting to introduce you the team and to answer all questions concerning the timetable of work .

Step 2: First tour or building visit. It will be up to the execution of the interior enclosure and placement of floor tiles. A professional of our company will give you a guided tour, allowing you to inspect the inside of your home, see their quality components, verify that optional features you previously have selected and ask questions.

Step 3: Quality control. Before your final visit. We conduct our own quality control to ensure that everything is running smoothly and in accordance with the standards of quality. All repairs are made or refinements that are necessary and the house is cleaned thoroughly preparing for the visit prior to the deed.

Step 4: Visit prior to the deed. Once the home is finished, a representative of "Loisa Homes" will accompany you on a journey room by room to show the characteristics of quality and operational procedures of all aspects of your home and explain our procedures for service.

Step 5: 30 days after the deed. Once installed, we will contact you by phone or in person to ensure their ongoing satisfaction.

Step 6: 4 months after the deed. Home visit to reinforce the commitment to customer satisfaction.

Step 7: 11 months after the deed. We reiterate our commitment to customer satisfaction, and work required to answer any warranty, and respond to questions or doubts you may have.
